I am passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals, become stronger, leaner and more self-confident through personal training! I help them build a positive mindset where exercise becomes a habit and part of their everyday life!
I offer one to one Personal Training, along with 'Train with a Friend' and Small Group Training. These are held at my home gym or at Imperial Bodies Gym, both in Daventry.
I also offer Virtual PT sessions via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. These are a great option if you prefer to stay at home but want guidance, support and motivation to ensure you get results
All my clients also receive a FREE copy of my monthly Lean and Healthy Recipe Books (usually £7.99).
