10 min Absolute Beginner Workout


If you are a complete beginner or haven't exercised for some time, you can try this beginner workout.You don't need any equipment - just you and a chair if needed for the squats.I give a demo of each exercise before we get startedwhich I want you to follow along with me as part of your warm up

Just 10 minutes so easy to fit into your day




10 min Upper Body Focus Workout


No more excuses that you don't have time to fit in any exercise.


This 10 minute workout is perfect to fit into your day and is great to tone that upper body.


If you don't have any weights, use a couple of large bottles of water instead.


15 min Full Body DB Workout


This short workout works the whole body and will be over before you know it!


Great to do first thing to really wake you up and get that metabolism going.


If you are short on time just complete 1 or 2 rounds!


12 min Butt & Thigh Workout


This workout will help tone and shape your butt and thigh and legs at home or in the gym using just a resistance band.
