Tabata

This is a high intensity TABATA online workout that you can do at home!


If you are looking for a challenging workout that will burn calories and increase your fitness level in a short amount if time, try this one out! It will take you 20 minutes and you don't need any equipment!! ⠀⠀


Beginner Kettlebell

This kettlebell workout takes you through the basics of kettlebell training using one kettlebell.


All movements are broken down and explained in depth. This workout is great for beginners but also for those who have been using kettlebells for a while.


A demo of all the movements is shown at the start, followed by a warm up, the kettlebell workout and then a cool down.

Core Strong HIIT

This is my Strong Core HIIT Workout that is going to target all areas of your Core!


There are 6 exercises and you will work up to 40 seconds with a 20 second rest before moving onto the next exercise.


Every exercise has a modified version if you are a beginner!

Butt and Thigh Workout

This 15 minute resistance band workout will help tone and shape your lower body!


If you want, you can use a band to make this workout more challenging!!


3 rounds of 5 exercises and we will work for 50 secs with a rest of 10 secs before moving to the next one.


So if you are looking to tone that butt and thighs, this is the one for you!



Full Body DB HIIT

This full body dumbbell HIIT workout is a great way to get in shape in a short amount of time!


It contains 6 dumbbell exercises combined with 2 cardio exercises to make 8 exercises in total that make up 1 round.


There are 3 rounds in total and the workout is for 24 minutes.


You will work for up to 40 seconds with a 20 second rest before moving onto the next exercise.

Kettlebell Strength Workout

Welcome to my Kettlebell Strength HIIT Workout. This is an 18 minute workout and there are 6 exercises in total.


You will follow each exercise for up to 40 seconds with a 20 second rest before moving onto the next one.


You will need a kettlebell - try and choose one that you can complete each of the exercises with good form. If this workout starts to feel too easy, it's time to move onto a heavier weight!

Resistance Band Workout

This 14 minute resistance band workout will tone and shape your lower body, including that booty!


Follow along with me as I take you through 3 rounds of exercises that will definitely work you hard!

Bodyweight HIIT

Here's an 18 minute workout you can do at home and you don't need any equipment!


There are 6 exercises and you will perform each for up to 40 seconds work with 20 seconds rest,  There are 3 rounds in total.


I’ve deliberately left out a music track in this video so you can put your favourite tunes on in the background as you follow me through the workout!!

5 Minute Cool Down

This cool down is great after you have finished your workout.
