If you really want to make a change in 2020 but just don't know where to start, this Workout Plan is just for you!
Get back on track with my workouts which combine both strength and cardio exercises to really maximise your results. There are 4 workouts to complete each week and whether you are a complete beginner, or have been working out for a while now, each exercise can be modified to suit your own level of fitness!
Some of the exercises (marked with an asterisk on the planner below) can be performed with weights such as a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell. But don't worry - if you don't have either of these you can use 2 large bottles of water or leave out the weights to begin with.
Depending on your level of fitness, you can choose 1 of 3 options (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) for the Plan and each week, as you improve, try and add an extra round or increase the intensity of each exercise if you can!
