Have you tried HIIT Yet?

If the answer is NO and you are unsure what HIIT classes are all about, let me explain!

HIIT stands for High Intensity, Interval Training and is a great way to get more out of your workout in a shorter amount of time!


Not only will HIIT help you burn more calories and build more strength in less time DURING your workout,  BUT it will also help you continue to get results AFTER your workout is over!

    Classes are held at Imperial Bodies Gym in Daventry and are really welcoming and friendly.

    If you've never tried a HIIT class before, don't worry!  All exercises can be modified to suit your level of fitness so if you are a complete beginner, I will be there with you to make sure you are looked after!

    My HIIT classes are held at Imperial Bodies Gym, Daventry.  See map below for location.  I also coach the 'SWEAT' classes as part of the Imperial Bodies Class Timetable every Monday and Wednesday morning from 6.30am to 7.00am .
