7 Day Fitness Challenge

Looking for a fitness challenge to get you back on track? Well, look no further.

Fitness challenges are a great way to get you started on your fitness journey, get you motivated again if you have lost your mojo or you just fancy pushing yourself!

Because there is an end date and because the challenge is only for 7 days, it seem do-able and you will probably be more motivated to actually start!  You have a structure, a plan and a visible way to see how you are progressing which creates a habit and a routine which can build into a lifestyle.

So if you are ready to kickstart your fitness or if you are already a fitness queen and fancy a challenge, let's get started.

For this fitness challenge, you’ll have 3 different Challenges to complete each day.  Or, you may choose to complete just one of them a day if you are a beginner or are short on time!  The main thing is that you do one, two or all three challenges every day for 7 days!  There are a combination of cardio and bodyweight movements designed to give you great results.

What You’ll Need:

A gym timer (try RX Timer or Seconds Interval timer - both are free apps to download) and a mat or towel.

What to Do:

Choose a Challenge to start your day. You may wish to start with Challenge 1 when you wake up and then complete Challenge 2 and 3 later in the day. Or you may choose just one challenge per day - it is up to you as long as you complete one of them.

For Challenge 3, make sure you warm up to begin with by marching on the spot for 1-minute and then repeat at the end as a cool down. After you’re warmed up, set your gym timer to 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest. Perform each exercise in order.

Beginners 1-2 rounds
Intermediate: 3-4 rounds
Advanced: 5-6 rounds

So what are you waiting for?

Start TODAY and record every day for 7 days, what challenges you do on your planner!

Try and beat your scores from the previous challenges when you repeat them and share with friend and family to get them involved too!
